TERMS:
The Renter undertakes to pay the Club the amount of the invoice issued for the rental at the time of making the reservation. A confirmation of this will be sent to him upon receipt of the amount paid, thus confirming the agreement between the parties.
No refund in the event of partial or complete cancellation within fifteen (15) days preceding the rental date.
The Tenant releases the Club de Curling Jacques-Cartier from any liability for any damage whatsoever that may be caused to the Tenant during the rental period. The Tenant is also responsible for any damage caused by his negligence during this same period to the stones, brushes or any other equipment belonging to the Club.
The Tenant undertakes to respect the safety rules listed in the document attached to this contract entitled reception of rental groups.
The Club provides brushes, non-slip soles, sliding soles and sliding aids free of charge.
To access the ice, players must change shoes, wear clean sneakers and use non-slip soles, otherwise access will be denied.
It is strictly forbidden to bring your own beverages. All drinks must be ordered at the Club bar. The Club reserves the right to refuse access to the ice to any member of a group whose behavior jeopardizes the safety of persons and the integrity of equipment. The tenant must ensure that the group will arrive at Curling Jacques Cartier at least 15 minutes before the rental period. In order to ensure the maintenance of the playing surfaces, the duration of use is one hour and fifty minutes per period of two hours.
